There was a lot of blood, from the chicken wire turned barbed wire, sweat, from running around trying to find all the stuff I needed, and no sleep for two entire days... Let's just say I started to not be able to function. But trust me, it was so worth it. I love this baby. <3 I hope to make it into an actual line one day. Whelp! Another thing for the portfolio!~

10/16/12 Fabric Sample Sketches

For my Fashion Illustration class we have to draw different fabric samples. Meh, they came out pretty good. I just really hate the third one over passionately hehe. In fact I changed it up a little bit before I turned it in. Gotta work on my woven drawings. Started from the top left: Lace, Large Knit, Woven, Sequins, Fur, Small Woven, Printed Woven, and a Ribbed Knit. I'll start updating you guys with my fashion illustrations and my sewing class. I just finished a cute messenger bag that I'll post pictures off. My next project is a pair of black and white stripped pants. <3

1/2/12 College Apps

Sorry I haven't posted the past few days. I've been pounded with work for my college application to the Fashion Institute of Technology in NY. Yesterday was the last chance to turn in your supplement work. I am so exhausted from staying up to three or four in the morning each night the past week and a half. On top of that, we just finished our Finals for our first semester classes. So right now I am ready to fall asleep. But, of course, I have more homework, due first period...meaning I have to stay up and work. But hey, you know, I do it because I care. Nonetheless, I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders now that I am done with college applications. Wooh! Cannot wait to find out if I have made it in. This is my first choice school. Hopefully I made it. <3 Oh! Yesterday I did a photo shoot for my friends clothing website. I will post her site and pictures as soon as I can. She is an amazing photographer and her vintage clothes are at a great price!
