12/30/11 Downtown Disney

First off sorry for the blurry pictures haha I found out my friend has shaky hands. After visiting the Attic in Buena Park, my friend and I went down to Downtown Disney to visit our friend Julianne and her baby. She has been in Japan for the past year and it was great to see her again. I also met up with my good pal Darth Vader in the Lego shop. I'm wearing an H&M top(it is suppose to be a dress but I wear it as a top), a Necessary Objects skirt, Raybans, Converse, a Tokidoki bag, and a wishbone necklace. Julianne is wearing a Betsey Johnson dress and a baby named Jake on her hip.

P.s. I'm sorry I haven't been posting that often. From now on I think I will make at least two posts a week.

12/22/11 Holiday Gifts

This Saturday I'm going to a Christmas Eve party with my boyfriends family. I don't celebrate Christmas but I enjoy going to his family parties. Anyway, he warned me that they were getting me a few gifts since they don't want me to feel left out, which I think is the nicest thing. So I thought I would throw them off guard and surprise them with gifts! The domo hunter hat is from Forever 21. I had to get this for my boyfriend when I found it while wondering online! The mound of tea on my kitchen table is for his dad. My friend gave me a jug of beads one day and I never know what to do with all of them but I know my boyfriends youngest brother loves to make bracelets I put together a little bucket of beads and thread. His middle brother is obsessed over Pokemon, I use to be too, so I crochet him a pokeball hat. Lastly, I crochet his mother a chunky knit infinity scarf. The yarn is cozy and vibrant, when I tried it on I imediatly know I had to make one for myself. My older sister even went out and bought yarn because she liked it so much.

12/20/11 Winged Eyeliner

I wasn't wearing any makeup all day today when I decided to play around with some winged eyeliner(that is my favorite makeup style at the moment), when I remembered my friend about a year or so ago put a seperate bottom wing. So I went for it! I guess she was inspired by Marc Jacobs spring 2010 collection as shown in the last two pictures.

12/20/11 Happy Hanukkah!

Happy first night of Hanukkah! My family just lit our menorahs. The tin foil under them isn't so glassy but it keeps the table from getting wax all over it. I love seeing all the different colored waxes melded to old menorahs from past years. Considering this has nothing to do with fashion and I didn't post yesterday I'm about to make another.

Here are a few great stocking stuffer gifts for him. I found all of them on Jackthreads, a mens clothing website. They always have trendy mens picks for low prices. My boyfriend buys a good majority of his clothes from there. I sometimes find myself eyeing some of the items on that website too haha.

Tights can add that extra touch of edge or cute detailing to an outfit. Hop into a lil dress or throw on some shorts or skirt with a nice blouse on top and you are ready to rock the streets.

12/12/11 Lost in LA 

I love wondering around LA. Getting lost then you find yourself in an interesting place. My friend and I took the train down to LA during the summer to shop for some sample sales. We made great finds that day and had a whole lot of fun. It's a day I'll never forget.
